Curative rebuilt core CRM functionality around AI in about two months and used it to automate provider contracting end to end: sourcing providers, negotiating pricing, revising contracts, and driving e-signatures. The economics were stark. Cost per contract reportedly dropped from about $1,500-$2,000 to roughly $70, while throughput rose from around 2,300 contracts across all of 2025 to about 3,500 in eight weeks. Lyzr’s open-sourced SivaClaw extends the same pattern into fundraising, covering investor targeting, outreach, diligence, memo generation, and pipeline tracking, with claims that it handles 80%+ of fundraising operations. The stack around these systems is also maturing: deterministic workflow graphs, conditional routing, checkpointing, approval gates, role-based access, shared memory, and observability are making agent execution governable rather than improvised.

For working professionals, this is the next step after agent-run operations: not just supervising workflows, but redesigning the SaaS layer itself around permissions, exceptions, and control. Team leverage will increasingly come from process architecture and control design, not software administration.
