AI Visibility and Workflow Automation Recast PR
June 17, 2026 brought three product moves that show PR is shifting from media monitoring to AI-visibility and workflow automation. Adobe launched Adobe Brand Visibility, built with Semrush AI intelligence and Adobe’s agentic content optimization, to measure and improve how brands appear across AI search and chat surfaces. Adobe says the tool is meant to make brands more “visible, trusted and chosen,” and it links visibility work to bookings, pipeline, and revenue while recommending content updates when a brand is losing ground in AI answers.
Amplitude expanded AI Visibility to track share of voice across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI surfaces, then connect those changes to traffic, sign-ups, activation, and revenue. Dalet Flex LTS added embedded AI automation through its native AI layer and Dalia agentic workflows, including multilingual transcription, metadata enrichment, semantic search, and natural-language workflow control.
For practitioners, the job is moving from compiling coverage to supervising AI-assisted monitoring, reading AI visibility data, and shaping machine-readable content that influences inclusion in AI answers. The advantage will go to people who can combine judgment, workflow fluency, and clear links between PR activity and business outcomes.
How should PR teams adapt to AI visibility and automation now?
If you're an individual contributor
- Coverage tracking is fading; AI visibility is your new edge.
- Learn to read AI answer surfaces and tune content for inclusion, or you'll stay stuck in shrinking monitoring work.
If you manage a team
- Your team must coach AI visibility, not just compile clips.
- Shift reviews toward AI outputs, workflow fluency, and business impact so the team can spot issues and act faster.

Creator Relations Become an Always-On Media Channel
Popfly launched Evergreens this week, an always-on creator partnership platform that turns creator programs into monthly operating cycles instead of one-off campaigns. Brands set budget, requirements, and creator tiers once, then the system repeats the program with the same network, centralized tracking, automated submissions and reviews, payouts, and tier promotions. Early adopters include Osprey, GoPro, Merrell, The North Face, Carhartt, Backcountry, and others; Merrell’s senior retail marketing manager called it “what I’ve been waiting 15 years for,” a blunt signal that continuity now matters more than repeated relaunches.
For PR teams, the shift is clear: creator relations are being managed like a media channel, not an episodic outreach tactic. Popfly’s model ties progression to cadence, impressions or engagements, and affiliate conversions, which moves the job from sourcing creators for each activation to running a durable network that can carry messages across earned, social, and affiliate contexts.
For practitioners, the career edge is operational. The highest-value work is moving from ad hoc outreach to segmentation, performance analysis, approvals, and lifecycle management. If you can prove which creator relationships compound reach over time, you become more valuable to your team.
How should we operationalize creator relations as an always-on channel?
If you're an individual contributor
- One-off creator outreach is fading; network ops is the new edge.
- Build skill in segmentation, approvals, and performance tracking so you become the person who can run creator programs, not just source them.
