Partnerships Become Procurement, AI Execution, and Measurement Infrastructure
The gist
Strategic partnerships is shifting from channel access to operational leverage: partners now need to package, prove, and move value inside the buyer’s existing workflows.
This week’s developments
Synack Extends PTaaS Into AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, and Public-Sector Marketplaces
Synack expanded its AI + human penetration testing offering onto AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Marketplace, and Google Cloud Marketplace, while adding public-sector distribution through Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace and Carahsoft’s AWS Marketplace DSOR program. That matters because it shows a specialized security service being routed through the procurement channels enterprise and government buyers already trust, not launched as a marketplace-native product.
The offer still runs on Synack’s existing PTaaS platform and Sara AI Pentesting capability, covering web, mobile, API, host, internal, cloud, and AI/LLM environments. The strategic move is packaging, not reinvention: Synack is making an established service easier to buy through cloud marketplaces and reseller infrastructure.
For partnerships and channel teams, this is the next step beyond workflow automation: once marketplace motions are operationalized, the question becomes which complex offers can be reshaped to fit them. If your product is services-led, marketplace and public-sector routes can widen reach and shorten sales cycles only when the offer is adapted to the buying motion. For practitioners, channel design is now as important as product features in getting specialized services adopted.
How should we adapt our channel strategy for marketplace procurement?
If you're an individual contributor
- Marketplace packaging is now part of the job, not just the product.
- Learn how services get re-shaped for AWS, Microsoft, and public-sector buying motions, or you'll stay stuck on pure solution selling.
If you manage a team
- Your team must sell through channels, not just around them.
- Coach reps to adapt offers for marketplace and reseller routes; the win is in procurement fit, not just pitch quality.

Partner Enablement Is Turning Into an AI Execution Layer
Orca launched an AI-powered Partner Success Platform this week, signaling that partner enablement is moving from static portals and training into an execution layer that helps partners find accounts, package offers, and advance deals faster. The platform combines partner OS functions with an AI Deal Progression Coach, a documentation-trained assistant, account-fit analysis across 11 ICP vectors in under 30 seconds, and co-branded asset generation in about one minute.
It also spans certification, deal registration, co-selling, and motions across system integrators, solution providers, MSPs, resellers, and technology alliances, with a focus on cloud and AI security categories including CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, DSPM, API security, AI-SPM, model security, and AI data security. Orca’s pitch matches broader vendor claims that connected onboarding can cut activation timelines sharply, with ZINFI citing 60–80% faster activation and Rework reporting 40–60% faster time to first deal after thorough onboarding.
For partnerships teams, the practical shift is away from manually chasing readiness and toward designing AI-assisted partner journeys, validating fit, and reading performance signals. The value now sits in building repeatable activation systems, not acting as the human router for every partner request.
How should partner teams adapt their operating model for AI execution?
If you're an individual contributor
- Partner ops grunt work is shrinking; AI judgment is your new edge.
- Learn to validate AI-fit, refine deal inputs, and catch bad outputs fast—those skills keep you indispensable as portals become execution layers.

Clear Channel Pushes OOH Into Cross-Media Measurement Stacks
Clear Channel expanded RADAR OOH this week by connecting audience, exposure, and delivery data to LiveRamp’s Cross-Media Intelligence and making it usable with TransUnion’s MMM and MTA tools for deduplicated cross-media measurement. The shift is practical: OOH is being sold less as standalone inventory and more as interoperable measurement input, letting advertisers compare RADAR exposure with CTV, social, programmatic, and audio inside a broader reporting stack. Clear Channel also pushed RADARView for audience-based planning, reinforcing that the offer is planning plus measurement, not just media access.
That pushes the market one step beyond proving lift with in-house measurement. The new threshold is whether a partner’s data can plug into the identity and analytics systems where cross-channel decisions are actually made. Clear Channel’s LiveRamp and TransUnion setup shows that strategic value now sits with ecosystems that make a channel legible inside MMM and MTA, with privacy-compliant deduplication as the entry ticket.
For partnerships teams, the implication is direct: diligence now has to cover interoperability, identity dependencies, and measurement workflow fit, not just audience scale. You’ll need tighter alignment with analytics and data teams, because the best deals will now be judged on how cleanly they move your channel into the buyer’s decision system.
How do we make RADAR indispensable in buyer measurement stacks?
If you're an individual contributor
- Your edge is no longer reach — it’s making data plug into buyer systems.
- Learn the language of MMM, MTA, and identity matching so you can sell interoperability, not just inventory.
